Domain Backorder Setup Guide

As a Reseller, you need to set up the following from within your Reseller Control Panel in order to start selling the Domain Backorder service to your Customers and Sub-Resellers:

  • Activate the Domain Backorder service for your Reseller Account.
  • Set your Selling Price for the Domain Backorder service.
  • If Tax is applicable for Domain Backorder service in your Country, you may use our Tax Engine to collect it from your Customers and Sub-Resellers.

Activate the Domain Backorder Service

  1. Login to your Reseller Control Panel.

  2. In the Menu, click Settings and then click Manage Products and Pricing

  3. Select Backorder service from the list of products. 

  4. Click Sell Backorder service.

    • To enable selling of the Domain Backorder service: select the Enable option.
    • To disable selling of the Domain Backorder service: select the Disable option.
       
  5. Click Update.

Set your Selling Price

  1. Login to your Control Panel.

  2. In the Menu, click Settings and then click Manage Products and Pricing

  3. Select Backorder service from the list of products.

  4. Mention the Selling Price for your Customers and Sub-Resellers in the fields.

  5. Click Update Pricing.
